Police are appealing for public assistance to locate Joshua Venn.
The 27-year-old is wanted on multiple outstanding warrants relating to theft, deception, drug, and bail offences.
He is known to frequent the Croydon, Box Hill, Forest Hill, Mooroolbark, Chirnside Park, Lilydale, and St Kilda areas and travel by public transport.
