Electric skateboard crash leads to man’s death in Kilsyth

Another road death has been added to the lives lost tally after a fatal crash in Kilsyth last month.

Investigators have been told a man in his 30s was riding an electric skateboard in the vicinity of Kiel Close about 4.45pm on 28 June.

He has lost control of the skateboard and crashed.

He was taken to hospital with serious head injuries where he later died.

Police are now looking to understand the circumstances surrounding this man’s death.
